Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Costs:
A flat shipping fee of $5 per item applies to every order.

Delivery Options & Timeframes:

Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
Express Shipping: 2-5 business days

International Shipping:
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can monitor your package on the carrier’s website.

Returns & Exchanges – Bags:
We understand that bags are a valuable purchase. Please read the following return conditions carefully:

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized bags are not eligible for returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
